Tim is a graduate from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelors degree in
Business Administration. He gained over seventeen years of extensive human
resource management experience working for such conglomerates as Consolidated
Foods, United Technologies, Household Finance, and Bell Sports. With experience
in recruiting general management, marketing, sales, research and development,
manufacturing, human resources, finance, MIS and engineering personnel, Tim is
uniquely qualified to manage multi-level searches for your organization.

Julie Blodgett
Julie is a graduate from the University of Illinois with a Bachelors degree
in Communications. She gained valuable experience in the telecommunications
industry by working in public relations and human resources for Alltel
Corporation and GTE before joining TDM & Associates, LLC. Julie has extensive
knowledge in training and development and employee selection.

Heidi Carmichael
Heidi is a Certified Career Coach, Myers-Briggs certified and a graduate of Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX. She has a B.A. in International Studies and a Masters in Management and Human Relations. She is fluent in Spanish, German and English. Heidi was instrumental in the research, development and launch of
Reach Your Destination (RYD). RYD is the career coaching and outplacement division of TDM & Associates, LLC. Heidi gained valuable experience in the retail industry through her management work in Germany with AAFES Europe and The GAP in Dallas TX before joining the TDM team in 2007.
